Here are a few guidelines and policies
for buying from PattyNaps.com
Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Our e-store
is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, being a
family business, we take weekends and evenings off. We'll
almost always answer your email within 2 business days (Monday
- Friday).
We
accept PayPal for credit card, e-check, or existing balance
payments. Items purchased with an e-check will not be shipped
until the balance has cleared. Your credit card statement
will read "PattyNaps" for items purchased through
PayPal. We
also accept money orders. Products will be held for 10 days
from the time of purchase. If your money order is not received
in 10 days, items will be "re-shelved" and up for
grabs.
Our shopping
cart is set to automatically send you a confirmation of your
order. Don't panic if this doesn't happen.. some spam blockers
will not allow emails from our system to reach you. If you
paid with PayPal, you will get a confirmation from PayPal
and you can rest assured that we received your order! We don't
usually send out any other confirmation emails, as all that
emailing is time consuming and we'd rather spend time preparing
your order. If you paid with money order, we will contact
you when your money order arrives safely. We know it's
scary to spend money online, especially if you've never
done business with us before, but we have a 100% customer
satisfaction rating with PayPal. If you have any questions,

Shipping
We will ship to the United States and Canada only. Listed
shipping prices are for United States and Canada. International
shipping is available for additional postage charge. We are
required by law to accurately mark all customs forms with
actual value and package content information. Please do not
request that we mark your items as gifts. International customers
are responsible for all taxes and duties that may be imposed
by your government.
Shipping
is either USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on number
of items ordered. We cannot be responsible for packages lost
in the mail. We track all orders with delivery confirmation.
Insurance is always available for an additional charge. Please
contact us via email
if you'd like to insure your order.
We
endeavor to ship in stock items within 1-3 business days after
purchase. We ship Monday through Friday. In stock orders will
always be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise
stated. Custom orders may take up to 3 business weeks to ship.
WeI do not consider Saturday or Sunday to be "business
days". Please be aware that holidays often slow the mailing
process.
All orders include Delivery Confirmation - Please email
to request your tracking number.

Returns
We want
you to be happy with your order and will do our best to resolve
any issues. Carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt for
order accuracy. Check fit and quality prior to washing or
wearing. We will not accept for return any items in washed
or worn condition. Sorry, no refunds on custom orders.
If you
find an item to be of the wrong size or if you are unhappy
with the quality, you may return within 30 days of purchase
at your shipping expense. Your return shipping may be reimbursed
(at our discretion - USPS first class ONLY) if the wrong product
was sent to you or your item is found to be defective.
You must contact us via
email prior to return with the details of your product
issue prior to return. You may recieve replacement, repair,
store credit, or a cash refund upon return. We reserve the
right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any return.
We do
not guarantee nor will we replace, refund, or repair any items
purchased second hand.
